Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

The Oakland University School of Health Sciences collection is a composite collection of materials that have been transferred to Archives over time from the School or found in other collections in the archives. It contains studies conducted in the 1970s and the 1980s to investigate the need for health professions education in the Oakland University area and to develop a new school. It also includes numerous program proposals, administrative files (constitutions, assembly minutes) and publications (brochures, the Healthy Spirit newsletter).

Additional information on the School of Health Sciences is available in the Presidents and Provosts papers.
