Folders may also contain some correspondence with organizations and constituents. The relationship of Congressman Farnum's office with Executive Agencies and Congressional Committees have been separated out in distinct subseries. Finally, the Topical Files subseries offers background materials on legislation Farnum was interested in. This subseries was left in the order in which Farnum's staff organized it.
