Reports prepared for Mike Rogers summarizing constituent correspondence received over a two or three week period. Each pack contains a breakdown of how many letters were received on each of the top ten topics for that period, and a selection of letters. After 10/01/2001 the packs also contain the response templates that were used to reply to these letters.

Top page containing statistical summary on top letters is open for research. Other materials were placed in restricted files.

Constituent Corrrespondence is restricted until April 23, 2085 according to the deed of gift, except for letters that do not include personally identifiable information and documents that provide aggregate data about topics of constituent letters (template responses and Top 10 Hot Letters reports).
