Administrative Files

The Association of Women Students records (AWS) at Oakland University consist of the files produced by the organization between 1960 and 1963. The Administrative Files include constitutions, meeting agendas, correspondence, and financial records. The Events Files contain all the records documenting the events organized by AWS and provide especially good coverage of the yearly Culture Internationale events. The Subject Files include correspondence and documents from sister organizations at Michigan State University and beyond, as well as early dormitory rules for women's residences at Oakland University.
